Can I bid if I'm not attending the event?
Yes! Online participants may bid on all Silent Auction items. However, the Almost Live, Dessert Auction and Live Auction are only available to guests attending the event in person.
How do I place a bid?
All silent auction bidding will take place through our online auction platform. You can bid from your phone whether you are attending the event in person or participating remotely. Simply log in to your bidder account and place your bid on the item you’d like. See the How Online Bidding Works page for more details.
How will I know if I’ve been outbid?
You will receive a notification through the auction platform if another bidder places a higher bid on an item you’re watching or bidding on.
How do I pay if I win an item?
Payment will be processed through the auction platform using the credit card you registered when creating your bidder account.
How will I receive the item(s) if I win an auction package?
If you are attending the event in person, you may take your winnings home the night of the event.
If you are not attending, you may pick up your item(s) at Big Bend Community College the following week. To arrange a pickup time, please call (509) 793-2006. For large items that may require delivery arrangements, please contact LeAnne Parton at (509) 793-2004.
