Will there be a difference between the In-Person and Online Auction?
Yes. Live auction bidding will be available both in-person and online. The Dessert and Silent auctions are only available to those in attendance.
How do I pre-register for the event?
You can pre-register as you purchase your tickets, table, or sponsorships online. Be sure to include your guest information for pre-registration as well. Those pages have a pre-registration section that allow you to submit your payment card for event pre-registration by clicking a box. This section is in green at the bottom of both pages. You can also contact Foundation staff directly at (509) 793-2005 to pre-register your card for the event.
How do I register for online bidding for the Live auction?
Select the "Online Live Auction Registration" button to be transferred to the Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers site. You will need to create an account in order to register and bid.
If I win an auction package, how will I receive it?
Winning bidders attending the in-person event will be able to take their auction item(s) home with them. Winning bidders not in attendance will have the option to pick up their auction item(s) at Big Bend the week following the event. Unfortunately, we cannot ship auction items.
What COVID-19 precautions will be in place?
The BBCC Foundation and College will be in alignment with the required state and county practices. Currently all guests, face masks are no longer required in many indoor settings. Even though masks are no longer required in many places, individuals may want to continue to wear a mask for added protection against COVID-19. Everyone should assess their own personal risk when making this decision. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available for your convenience.
